General visiting hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. Critical care units follow a restricted schedule, so please check with the ward staff before visiting a patient in the ICU.

Casualty, trauma care, cardiac emergencies and ICU support run 24 hours a day, backed by equipped ambulances. In an emergency, call the emergency number first so the team is ready when you arrive.
Yes. We work with several insurance providers and TPAs for cashless admission. Carry your policy card and a photo ID, and our billing desk will start the pre-authorisation for you.
One attendant may stay with an admitted patient in most wards, and the family lounge is available for others. The ward sister will explain the rules that apply to your room category.
Pathology, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, echocardiography and TMT are available in-house, with sample collection through the day. Walk-in tests are accepted and most routine reports are issued the same day.
